How many people can you serve per hour?
We can serve up to 50 cups per hour with our current setup. Packages are priced based on drink volume and guest count to ensure a smooth experience. View package options here.
Can my guests get more than one drink?
We serve one drink per guest, unless otherwise discussed. For large events, we recommend using a ticket system or drink tokens to help manage portions.
What if I have more guests than your package allows?
You can add extra guests or additional hours for a small fee! Each package clearly lists cup limits and overage pricing. We’ll help you find the best fit.
Do you offer dairy-free options?
Yes! All packages include at least one nondairy milk. You can choose from oat, almond, or soy. The Full Pour includes all four: whole, oat, almond, and soy.
What kind of power do you need?
We require two 110V outlets on separate circuits within 50 feet. If power isn’t available, we offer generator rental at an added cost.
What if it rains?
If outdoors, the client must provide shade or weather coverage. We’re happy to work with your venue to ensure a smooth setup.
Do you travel outside Dallas?
We serve the broader DFW area. If you're outside city limits, reach out for a custom quote including travel fees.
Can I sponsor a “Hold It Together” drop?
Yes! We offer donation-based sponsorships for coffee drops at hospitals, shelters, and community partners. Contact us to learn more.
How close to the event date can I book?
To ensure we have all the supplies and staffing needed for your event, we suggest booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
